Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nahdet Misr Publishing Group, based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a streamlined hiring experience. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define job qualifications, enhancing employer branding strategies, and implementing effective recruitment plans to attract top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
  • Strong expertise in Interviewing and Hiring processes
  • Experience with Employer Branding strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to execute recruitment strategies and manage multiple hiring priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related HR field is preferred
